Glennon Card Business FAQ

Glennon Card 2025 begins Friday, October 17 and ends Sunday, October 26. A cardholder may use the card as often as they wish throughout the 10-day period.

There is no fee to participate! Glennon Card participating businesses are only required to offer a 20% discount on regularly priced purchases during the 10-day shopping period. Businesses also agree to promote online Glennon Card sales to customers by displaying promotional marketing materials, using social media, email marketing and/or any other methods at their disposal.

We make processing paper Glennon Cards easy. At the end of the discount shopping period, Glennon Card representatives will collect reconciliation forms given to you at the start of the program, order forms, card payments for processing and any unsold cards.

Digital Glennon Card sales are processed via our secure website at glncrddev.flywheelsites.com so there is no reconciliation required by the business. Customers can enter your business name when buying a digital Glennon Card.

Cardholders are entitled to a 20% discount ONLY during the 10-day shopping period. Retailers’ exclusions, restrictions or special offers are available to each card buyer; they are listed in business descriptions online here. Merchandise cannot be discounted in advance or held for purchase before the 10-day period. Card is not valid with any other offer. Sale merchandise, special orders, sales tax, delivery and layaway payments are not eligible for discount. Regular return policy applies. For restaurants, discount applies to meals for a maximum of two guests per card bearer. Not valid on alcohol, gratuity or sales tax. Services, non-retailers, attractions and entertainment businesses may instead offer special pricing or promotions equivalent to the standard Glennon Card 20% discount.

We allow all businesses who can support online shopping with a discount code to be promoted with this feature. When completing your registration, you may choose to offer a promo/discount code in the E-Commerce Section of the contract so Glennon Card buyers can use the code online to receive the 20% card discount. Cardholders will be instructed how to use the discount codes online after making their Glennon Card purchase.

Funds raised from the Glennon Card program will benefit the patients and families served at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. Due to the generosity of our sponsors, 100% of card sales benefit the kids cared for by SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital.

A Glennon Card representative, called a Retail Liaison (RL), will be assigned to your business. The RL will provide Glennon Card sales training and resources to promote your participation on the card. For more information, click on Business Resources.

No. Customers may only redeem the card during the 10-day period or during a pre-sale event at the discretion of each individual business. Glennon Card sharing is strictly prohibited. The paper Glennon Cards are only valid when used and signed by the person who purchased the card. The digital Glennon Card will appear on the cardholder’s phone with their name and a card number appearing under the Glennon Card logo. We suggest all participating businesses ask to see a photo ID to validate the use of the card. Remember this is a fundraiser for SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital. Please encourage shoppers to purchase their own card.

• TV – Our advertising campaign includes ads on local stations such as KSDK and features on Show Me St. Louis.
• Print Media – We have features and in many St. Louis community publications including Town & Style, Webster Kirkwood Times and The Scout Guide Saint Louis.
• Outdoor - Glennon Card is featured in rotating digital billboards across the St. Louis region in addition to ads displaying on mobile devices.
• Direct Mailing – We mail to more than 12,500 potential card buyers.
• Email blasts - We send emails to promote buying the Glennon Card and using the card to patronize our wonderful participating businesses.
• Radio – Listen for PSAs on a variety of local stations providing today’s hits, the oldies, best country and more.
• Participating Businesses - Each Glennon Card participating business is required to promote the program in-store using provided marketing materials.

In early fall, you can download logos and Glennon Card graphics to use for marketing the program to new and existing customers. We make it easy to post on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and send emails to your customers!
